No streak-loss pressure

Track what you did without turning it into a score.

Again records daily check-offs, flexible recurring tasks, and simple counts. There are no badges, XP, celebration screens, or notifications about losing a streak. A missed day remains a missed day, not a failure state.

Choose the least machinery you need.

A Daily resets at midnight and keeps completed items visible below the pending list. Use it for vitamins, stretching, or journaling when a simple daily check-off helps.

Use a Tally when there is no schedule at all. Each tap adds one and records the time. There is deliberately no target. For something that happens every few weeks, use a Loop and let its next date start from completion.

What “without streaks” means here

No loss alerts

Again does not send a warning that a run is about to break or ask you to repair a missed day.

No reward loop

There are no points, levels, badges, confetti, or social comparisons attached to a completion.

History stays factual

Dailies can show a small informational run based on recorded history. It is not a goal and does not unlock anything.

When a dedicated habit app fits better

Choose a conventional habit tracker if goals, coaching, social accountability, rich charts, or streak repair motivate you. Again excludes those systems on purpose. It is a record and reminder, not a coaching plan.

When Again fits

Again is useful when you want to remember and record without negotiating with a score. The guide shows Loops, Dailies, and Tallies in detail so you can decide which mode matches each routine.

Keep the record. Leave out the pressure.

Again is free on one device, works offline, and does not require a login.
